Thank you all! No moving date yet, but it should just be the paperwork between me and the housing association to do now, which will hopefully only be a couple of weeks. Then a bit of painting (need to individualise some of that magnolia!), the carpets to be fitted and I'm in! Yay, yay, yay!!!
